Pae-san-o: noun, friend or family

Paesano’s Pizza opened July 11th, 1981 when Morris Kolarik started the restaurant with the goal of serving excellent pizza to our community. Over the next 40 years, his children took ownership and grew the restaurant into the famous local spot it is today. As the Kolariks decided to explore their next chapter in retirement, Kim and Dudley Smith purchased the property and business in May of 2022. The Smith family is very excited to continue and honor the recipes, hard work and traditions set before them, and to serve the best pizza in town.
